Tommie, you are awesome
I returned to Steven Eagell since I had to change my Aygo for a bigger car because of a job switch. Spoke with Tommie on the phone and he assisted me with a few car options that were available at Northampton. I booked an appointment for the next weekend. Ash welcomed me when I arrived as Tommie was wrapping up with another client. Ash was friendly and informed about the cars that I was looking to get. I met Tommie, a really nice guy, and spent the next few hours checking out some cars that could suit what I needed, Tommie was very supportive and nice, listening to what I needed to find the perfect car for me. Tommie returned with the ideal car for me! I was really pleased. Knowing I needed to receive the car quickly Tommie went to get the car and delivered it to Northampton himself, and worked extra hours outside his regular shifts so I could get the car by the end of the following week. I truly appreciate Tommie for his effort and dedication. He made the entire buying experience simple and enjoyable from beginning to end. Rachel made it easy to get my first new car
Rachel at Steven Eagell Toyota at the Northampton location was nice and helpful and has made it easy to get my first new car. All the staff up front were friendly and supportive. I would surely suggest this car dealership. After driving a Mark 1 Toyota Aygo for nine years (my family had it for fourteen years), I thought getting a new AYGO was a great decision. Reasonably priced and economical and fun to drive. Now with better ride, look, and tech. Still has Toyota dependability and service. So if you're buying a Toyota be sure to ask for Rachel at Toyota Northampton because she is nice and ready to help you..

the right car in a week
We'd been hoping to buy a different car for some time & got to experience the service a friend received when she got her new car. the service was really thorough, but never pushy, so I checked on their website for a second-hand car. The right car was there with the best HP compared with the others. Daniel was honest & thorough, though we thought we were free to leave before deciding. All the info came through fast in a really relaxed, welcoming place. I am happy to say, thanks to Daniel, that we now have the right car, all arranged in a week. Thanks.
