THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER WORKED WITH
I placed my order over a week ago and paid in full. I waited until Wednesday without any updates at all from them. I called to find out what's happening with my order. Wheels have been ordered from Germany! Thanks for informing me 😠 they should arrive Thursday! I called Thursday to check if they were there. No! There was a holiday in Germany they will Abe here Monday for sure on Tuesday. That's okay! I took the day off work on Tuesday to have them installed! Monday arrives and it's 3 PM without any delivery info so I called once more. We got your wheels but they’re not ready until Wednesday. Completely awful company that just lies. The call is recorded and I'm shooting a YouTube video that will have the whole conversation. I emailed today to cancel my order and ask for a full refund. This is all after seeing negative reviews. I reached out to the company to voice my worries about ordering. I was assured they are decent and their customer service is okay. To anyone looking at this! Make sure to look at other negative reviews and reconsider before ordering. They are the worst company I've ever worked with. If I could rate zero stars, I would. They claim on their site they just show what’s available That’s not true! And if they need to order again they will inform you. No. That’s just nonsense! AVOID!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
