Stay away from UIS Australia
Stay away from UIS Australia! I work as a doctor in South Africa and told UIS Australia during my first call that I only wanted to know if moving to Australia was an option as an Orthopaedic surgeon. They said I could and they had done this for a few others before. They said the process has three parts. I paid in full for every stage and I have not received anything at all! Nothing at all. I later found out I can't move to Australia as an Orthopaedic surgeon. I requested a refund from UIS for just the payment I made for the last stage and they are refusing even though they did nothing at all! Stay away!

COMPLETE SCAM AGENTS
In April 2022 I thought about moving to Australia. I reached out to UIS who were friendly and helpful at first. I completed the survey and according to them I wouldn't have any problem in immigrating, I paid and the process started. They told me they would assist me with finding a job and I got many promises that were never kept once I paid. Since they weren't assisting with jobs I found my own (not a big deal because my job is in demand in Australia). Of the many employers I referred to them, UIS faced issues with ALL the candidates; there was excuse after excuse. At one point they told me the employer didn't offer enough pay and the minimum salary required for immigration was 180k annually (which is ridiculous). Eventually, I discovered a company that told me "we want you in our company, come to Australia and we would take care of everything," so I did. The employer had their own agent who handled everything without issues at ALL. The new agent sent multiple email requests to UIS Australia asking for a detailed invoice and that UIS should refund me part of my 4850 USD (American Dollars). After waiting months for a response I tried calling UIS but they never answered or returned my call. As a final attempt I acted like someone else, pretending to be a different person, so they would get back to me. The call was short and straightforward and followed by an email stating "As per their T's and C's you don't qualify for any refund". I’m sharing this review to caution others about using their services. I even went to their address listed on their website and they DO NOT EXIST anywhere.....They don't exist in Australia and I question if they are real. If you look at their website they say "we collaborate with MARA approved agents" which means they aren't MARA agents on their own. Also, the MARA number they list is for an agent I asked about and they don't recognize UIS. The Australian embassy has also never heard of UIS. I’m looking into how I can report them to the Australian home affairs and to get them shut down or flagged. COMPLETE SCAM AGENTS..

FRAUDS! DO NOT USE!
FRAUDS! DO NOT USE! I enrolled with UIS Australia since I have a packed schedule and thought it would simplify things when applying for a permanent residency. The initial person I talked to was nice and helpful so I chose to go ahead. After I made the payment (nearly £4000), I was quickly transferred to another person who was unresponsive; failed to send the information she said she would, took weeks to get back and I kept following up. When I raised my issues, things didn’t get better except someone else responded to my messages with no resolution to my problem. This happened four times, and I dealt with five other staff before I asked to cancel the service and receive a REFUND. I received mixed messages from them. I still don't have a clear cost breakdown (just a total amount), also haven't received a list of extra costs. I still don’t quite understand what the large sum is for! I was misinformed and received wrong details all along and they justify NO REFUND claiming they worked on my case; no applications were submitted for me yet I sent all the necessary info fast and accurately. I even pointed out the many terms and conditions THEY broke but again, they ignored this. I am now filing a complaint with MARA for violating that code of conduct. I hope others will also do this to hold UIS Australia responsible..
