not great service and misleading info
We feel our experience with the return ride from Paphos airport to our location at the Artemis Cynthia Complex was not great. We chose the service and in full to get us to our destination, the following day I received an email from you saying that you only provide shuttles to major hotels.when i questioned the fact that this wasn’t mentioned when i booked, even though you accepted my payment, i did not receive a helpful response. the only response was asking if I wanted to cancel but no mention of a refund. we're in our seventies and this was our first trip to Cyprus. on the outward Journey the cab driver felt sorry for us and dropped us off close to our location which was "still on route". However on the return Journey we needed to walk 1.5 kilometers to the King Jason Hotel in the hot afternoon of 30 degrees, dragging our luggage. We believe we were misled by the website and didn't get good service. obviously we won't use this service again and I believe those reading our story will feel the same.
