poor quality and doesn't resemble my partner
I made an order for a personalized bobblehead from MyFaceBobble heads as an X-mas gift for my partner. Given how expensive they are, you would think it would be better quality. The bobblehead I received is bad quality and doesn’t resemble my partner at all. It really looks more like a man’s face instead of a woman’s. The head barely even "bobbles" as well. I ought to have checked a bit more before I placed my order, since clearly MyFaceBobbleHeads has a poor reputation seeing all the one-star reviews. If you are thinking about buying a personalized bobblehead I suggest checking out other choices. There are lots of U.S. creators on Etsy who make items that are much better quality than this cheap item I got that I regret wasting so much on.

bad customer support and quality
I rarely write bad reviews online, sometimes blaming it on a business having problems because I don't want to harm a business. But following my experience with this business, I think I should, as this business just seems to care about profit with bad customer support, policies, and most importantly, the quality of the product is bad.
When I placed my order for a present for my friend, the delivery was supposed to be on time. When I reached out to them, they told me it would take longer since it was custom. I inquired why it was stated on the website if it was not correct. I then asked to cancel my order since it was no longer correct based on what I was promised. After that, they took some time to reply to my email, and then they let me know that since it was already being made and because it was a custom bobblehead I would need to pay a non-refundable charge (30% of what I paid, on a $130 order) or I could just continue with it, and not get it on time. I tried to push more with no success and got the same repeated response a few times.
I thought I would get the bobblehead anyway, and send it to my friend after the event. I am not sharing my friend's picture online... This looks NOTHING like her face. I gave 3 pictures from various angles, but her face shape, eyes, and skin tone aren’t even close. My friend is of Asian descent. Besides that, check the photos. The knee part is damaged and white, the teeth are damaged too, and there are stains on the hairline. The ear is messed up badly. Her hair color is different too.
The "support" representative's name was Umer, and he did not assist me during the whole process.
Please, save your cash and yourself the trouble, and look for a better choice.
