Buyer Beware
I would rate the store a "zero" if I could. I ordered an Item that turned out to be larger than I expected, so I completed the return form to exchange it. They wouldn't let me exchange it and just offered me store credit. I discovered there was a restocking charge because they deducted the shipping fees. I had already paid for shipping when I placed my order and paid to return it to the store to exchange it, so I don’t get why they charged me again for the "shipping and handling" fee.
I thought I had checked reviews for this shop, but I must have missed them since the reviews for this store are pretty poor I wouldn’t have shopped there. Buyer Beware!

AWFUL COMPANY AND BAD SERVICE
This is an awful company and I won't ever buy from them anymore. My mom is in hospice, likely to pass away in the coming few months. I bought a few nightgowns for her from this store since my mom used to like their stuff. I kept waiting before I finally called. They'd canceled my order without letting me know. I ordered again and asked them to ship it fast. I paid more for the faster shipping. Eight days later I found out they finally handed the order to FedEx. This was not express at all. I told them my mom was in hospice and needed the nightgowns soon. I still haven't gotten these badly needed nightgowns. Don't trust them. Don't shop with them. BUYERS BEWARE.
