Awful with support and hard to use
Awful with support - no way to get assistance - I was sent to flight assistance and told there was no train support until the early morning. I bought a senior rail card through you and I need it in my apple wallet, you won't let me, the app is hard to use and has lots of bugs. Avoid booking with them; they're a couple of bucks cheaper, but you can't cancel in the first 24 hours after booking, and they won't give you a full refund for your tickets.
