far too small for an adult wrist
I bought a bracelet with charms as a gift for my wife. Although she has small wrists, the charm bracelet was far too small. Looks like it is for a small child, for a kid. The refund policy is valid for three weeks, and since I bought it in November as a Christmas gift in December, I can't return it now. I can't post a review on their website to warn others about the size issue, which is strange. Every review on their site is a five-star rating; a coincidence? I will pass the bracelet to my three-year-old niece, I bet it will fit her small wrist. I won't be shopping at Judaica Web Store anymore.

cheap low-grade metal menorah
I bought a menorah for my daughter's wedding. It looked nothing like the nice 3D image on their website at all. It was a cheap, low-grade metal thing that was tilted, poorly spray-painted with blemishes and marks. There were a few scratches on the surface. It was really expensive at almost $399 CAD with tax. I had to pay another $63 in import fees. I returned it to get my money back and they told me I had to cover the return shipping cost, which cost $77 with tracking included. Their website says that if it’s faulty they cover the return shipping. They refused it claiming that the menorah might get ruined during use. I’m serious. I wasted over $150 on a low-quality, overpriced item. This shop is just like those sketchy sellers that only want to rip you off.
