stay away from ordering from this service
I placed an order for a personalized chocolate milk bar for around 60 euros. I should have gotten nine milka bars but they sent just six bars. I reached out to them about the error but the only reply I got was a voucher (they want me to place another order to use the voucher!). I informed them I couldn't agree to it since I won't be ordering again but after that point, they ceased responding. It has been a month now and nothing has been sorted out. Stay away from ordering from this service. Take this as a real review. I was patient and tolerant but this service doesn't seem to care for its customers.

Delivery problems and missed occasion
On Friday, January 31 I received a confirmation for my order of a Floral Arrangement to be delivered on Feb. 1. In Odense, Denmark. The Flowers were for a special birthday lunch and were meant to be a centerpiece. Later that same day, I called to find out how the lunch went and was told the flowers did not show up. I Immediately contacted Flora Queen and was told that because of delivery problems the flowers would come late on Monday, February 3.
I shared my frustration and was told that if I had looked at the terms I would see that on-time delivery isn’t guaranteed even though Flora Queen says they are 97% punctual. I was upset that I wasn't informed that my delivery would be delayed. I was told I couldn't cancel it. I was also upset that due to their delivery problems they could not find a florist who could deliver on time.
Although Flora Queen responded quickly to my emails, they did not try to fix their problem except to deliver the flowers later than promised, on February 3 instead of February 1.
I think many would agree that Flowers are bought for a certain occasion on a particular date. Flora Queen messed this up and for this reason I cannot recommend them and I will not use their service again.
