always satisfied with the Rose quality
I have ordered these for a long time and I am always satisfied with the Rose quality! I got one hundred white roses for my son's big day and they all loved them. SO large and lovely! Great service and simple ordering. They arrive packed and handled with care. Global Rose has been my preferred place to order flowers online for a long time. The roses and filler flowers are great and they consistently arrive on time.

shipping is NEVER reliable
I had trouble with placing an order online the first time I tried to order roses. There is no phone number I could find to call if the website wouldn't work. I wasn't happy with the quality of the pink roses. The hydrangeas arrived one day late, and that was stressful. The flowers arrived a few days late. It's the third year I've ordered flowers for an event with Global Rose - the flowers are nice but shipping is NEVER reliable. They keep showing up late when there's a problem and they get held up with FedEx. I like a lot of the flowers and items I can afford to buy, but I don't like the high cost of most flowers and items. I can't afford to get the flowers or other things you offer.

Shipping was not Good but roses are impressive
I tracked my order via tracking. My package moved quickly until it got to my hometown in Missouri; it sat for 36 more hours in Kansas City with no explanation provided. Upon final delivery, I received my package and found it had been opened on the way. The damaged outer box had ties put inside the box under the flower bunches. All internal packing was gone. The box itself was closed but left unsealed, a footprint clearly visible on the outside of the box. The roses were luckily intact but Pretty dry. All stems needed trimming to keep the flowers nice. The product quality was Very Good when first packed. Shipping was not Good. The flowers were not Good for my plans due to the rough shipping but could be used in another way. I would order the flowers again -- the blooms are strong, smell nice, and nicer than others. Note: The Roses are impressive! Maybe think about a shipping upgrade for your special occasions.
