AVOID THIS SHADY COMPANY

Avoid this card! I set up my account two months back. I tried to log in to pay my bill. Got this message, "Can’t log in to pay my bill." I attempted to contact support but had no luck. Signed on later, and it appeared as if it took my payment. Checked again a few days later and checked again to confirm it was set up. There was no record. I tried again, got the same error again. I was locked out of my account. After multiple attempts, I finally managed to log in after changing my password more than ten times! I set up the third payment. Then, I tried to use my card and it was declined. I called support and they told me my account was shut down! They mentioned two of my payments bounced and were returned, so they closed the account. Seriously?!? I had no idea any of my payments had bounced! They simply closed my card without even talking to me! They apologized, but said there was nothing they could do. Seriously!?! I will never get another account with them and will warn anyone to reconsider before getting an account with this SHADY company! If I could give them zero stars, I would! Stay FAR away!

frustrating technology and big fees

To start, a few new cards I got from them won't activate through the site. I log in, select activate my card and I keep getting an error whenever I try and I don't want to call and wait with customer service just to get a card activated that I don’t intend to use much. Mostly due to their big fees. Their technology is really frustrating. The first card I did have with them that worked was always getting declined even with funds available and I had to keep contacting them to sort it out. They also lack an app like many credit card companies do and what you can do on the site is basic. I can't update my username or other details that I may want to update. They've made some changes to their website but the layout still isn't good for me. This is one of those types of cards you use occasionally to keep them from closing it.

trying to pay but blamed for issues

They first reported $75 owed to the credit bureau. I called to pay but they wouldn't accept because the card was missing. I waited over 6 weeks for it to come. It was activated. I sent a payment. A week later it was canceled. I tried again to pay using my credit union without issues. It got reversed. Tried a third time. Reversed. I called and sent a copy of the voided check from my CU but they couldn't use that information. Need a check mailed in. With the same details. It's nearly due and after several calls, the CSR said it's due to them missing banking details. I had my husband listen in on the call as a witness. She said it's my fault for providing the wrong account information that somehow connected and halted the payment for a week before Indigo canceled it. We can view the linked bank account. She says we aren't truthful and haven't done any payments. Fortunately the records are clear on both accounts but I've never tried so hard to pay a business and been blamed for electronic issues. That appears to be intentional by Indigo. Another thing to mention is she gave him my details to verify with a yes or no instead of me saying it. That's the first time I heard a bank mention "is her address XYZ and her SSN xyz? I think the check sent won't get here on time for processing even with fast shipping.
