the worst insurance I have ever had
This is the worst insurance I have ever had to deal with! They deny coverage for medications I have taken for years with other companies without issues. They won't give me a new CPAP claiming I don't require it since my apnea isn't severe enough. How can they make that call without knowing me or my physician? And why is that their decision? The support is terrible. You wait more than thirty minutes or even longer to receive assistance and their staff is rude. I have a few years until retirement and I wouldn't choose this company even if it was my only option. I feel ignored and upset. I am worried about upcoming health problems that BC/BC might not cover.

my child is suffering
My daughter is struggling with drug addiction. I got her into rehab, but they sent her home after a week, and said outpatient was fine. She weighs less than 80 pounds and was always running away. I filed an appeal. I had to pay 3000 dollars for the time I spent fighting it; they held her for one more week and sent her home. I tried getting her into a different place, The BCBS caseworker, Saba said that a place in arkansas would be covered. I got her transported from JDC there, only to get a call the next day saying they denied her because she had no arkansas caseworker. Seems Saba doesn't know how any of this works. Maybe train her better. My child is suffering.
