A beautiful piece of jewelry
I ordered a engraved July birthstone claddagh ring as a gift for my sister for Christmas on December 20th and spent a little extra to get it here by Christmas Eve. The following day I looked at some reviews about the business and was quite concerned - the comments were quite negative and I worried it wouldn't arrive by Christmas, if it would even show up, and I mentioned this to my sister. I was surprised when I received a package from Ireland on December 24th! The ring arrived in a nice box, with the right design and size, and was nicely engraved, and it looked just like the picture. My sister loved it, and it was surely her favorite present this Christmas. I was really happy with the ring and with how fast it got here. It's a beautiful piece of jewelry she can keep for a long time, and it arrived right when I was told it would. I’m sharing this review on as many sites as I can because I had a really good experience versus what others have experienced. If you have already made an order with this business, there's a possibility - sometimes Glencara actually does deliver.

the worst business I have dealt with
Hello I have been dealing with them since early October last year over a ring and a black rhodium necklace for my brother's 50th birthday like many of these reviews, they charged my card immediately ,but they said the item hadn’t arrived so I emailed them back ,still nothing so they claimed they would send it again but unfortunately still nothing until November when I was informed oh yes it's on its way ,oh it's on its way the reason for the hold-up was that the jeweler was working on the rhodium that's why I hadn't gotten the item arrived without black rhodium ,so I pointed out that I thought the holdup was the jeweler putting on rhodium that’s when they replied saying the wrong cross was sent to me ,so I contacted them and said I wouldn’t send back the cross until I received mine , but the email said you have to send it back before you get your cross ,but then I received an email saying they switched their choice of rhodium cross and sent a photo of one not as good as the one I have ,so I said I would hold onto it and they could refund me the price difference no way, then ........ so please don’t and I really mean don’t purchase from this untrustworthy lousy excuse for a company, the worst business I have dealt with ,they didn’t even give me a discount for how long it took and I still couldn’t receive the real cross I ordered
