AVOID THIS COMPANY
I can't recommend Auxillis. Following an accident, my insurance arranged a rental car from Auxillis and i was promised a similar car. Once I was informed about a morning drop-off i took the day off (lost income since I’m self-employed) to stay home. They eventually showed up at 16:00 after reaching out to them to find out when it would arrive. When they delivered it I was told the car had issues and i would have to wait until the following day to get another car or I could take the car they intended to use to return to base. A terrible Vauxhall Mokka. I submitted a complaint through email and got no response back but that wasn't the only issue. I got a letter and an email two months later saying I received a ticket at my local hospital from a firm called Parking Eye. I’m disabled and have a blue badge and use disabled Parking spots so I knew this was an error from Parking Eye. Auxillis billed me £60 for a silly admin charge (must be expensive ink and paper I guess). I didn't want to pay until my appeal was looked at online. Then they threatened me with legal action so I ended up settling. I contacted them after it was resolved but received a reply stating "based on their evidence they couldn't support my complaint and the admin charge still stood. AVOID THIS COMPANY, Do not recommend, pick other companies.
