big letdown
I recently put money into a Lifetime ISA with Foresters FS, and your site described it as "simple money help with a human touch". But I haven't had any "human touch" in anything you've heard from you yet. My work pension with Aviva isn't that great, but I can log into an online account, and it estimates what I could get when I retire, and if I'm on course for my goal.....they send me updates every three months as big colourful packs full of details. Next to that, your welcome pack was a plain, dull letter, along with a cancellation letter and a black-and-white leaflet, that left out some details (it tells me to check the PPFM). It doesn't say what the usual bonuses were in previous years etc, and you're meant to be a friendly society. A big letdown
