unsafe and untrustworthy business
You are unable to close your account; you have to phone them to shut it down AND you are not able to remove your credit card information off your account. Phoning them or using the chat doesn't help with this. Essentially what Im saying is once they have your information they won't let you remove it. Because of this I see this business as unsafe and untrustworthy. There’s no good reason why you are unable to delete your details and cancel your account. Why does this business retain your credit card info once you close your account? No legitimate company would do that. Watch out.

This business is a scam
This business is a scam! They leave you no real method to cancel. No one is available for Live Chat. When it's at night, they have the live chat available, but nobody shows up to chat. Then in the daytime, you call and it says that no one is there to take your call and just hangs up. They direct you to a webpage that offers no option for live chat in the daytime, so your only option is to phone, but if you call, nobody picks up. Luckily, I used a Cash App card, which I won’t ever put money on now, because they don't offer a way to cancel. It's ridiculous how a company can treat customers this way. They are just taking people's Cash.
