this is BS
They claim you can send 1500 emails a day IF you pay for the plan. They also say you can "Unlock" all premium features. This is BS. I have been a paying member for more than 6 months with two premium accounts and pay $29.99 monthly for both. I can only send 400 emails daily-which is part of the free plan. I’ve spent $60 each month for 6 months total, and I still can’t send 1500 emails daily like they said. Customer support is terrible. IF you manage to reach someone, they just send a link to Digital Inspiration and say "check this link" and that's it. Every response can take as long as 48 hours, and it’s always the same reply. Good luck with that.

confusing pricing and no refund
I am part of a charity program for students that helps students from low-income backgrounds. I just wanted to test their add-on for Mail Merge in Google Sheets. Their pricing is confusing since it claims to be only $3.25 each month. So I picked that option, just wanting to use it once. But the actual cost is $19.95 each month if you choose to pay monthly rather than paying yearly. After reaching out to customer service through email, they quickly canceled my subscription and told me my refund was processed. But I still haven't received my refund. Since then, I have reached out more than 5 times through email and their support form, and have NOT received any help. All they said was that they didn’t get why I requested a refund, and then they stopped replying to my emails, even after I explained everything clearly.
If you need to do Mail Merge in Google Sheets, you DO NOT have to buy the membership to use it, and there are other alternatives available that provide similar functions for free and give much better support.
