complete crooks
I bought a backpack for my kid for school. They had a problem with their site and shipped the wrong backpack. I contacted them and they told me to return it and they would give me the right one. They told me I needed to give them the tracking number and it needed to be done by the end of Friday. First message I sent was on Tuesday. I spent $15.90 to send it back and emailed them Friday evening with the tracking info. Got a message Saturday morning saying I was late and my ticket was closed. No backpack, no money back. What kind of BS business is this? The reason I received the wrong backpack was their mistake. These guys are complete crooks.

this is awful
I got a Slytherin Jacket, the pictures on the site didn't make it clear what the badge on the front said. The jacket's back says Slytherin, but the front patch reads 'Biyyherind'. I contacted customer support about a printing mistake. They said, 'Sorry. That's how it's supposed to look, not Slytherin. We've sold lots of them.' I don't think that I will get my money back so now I'm trying to find a patch in the right size to sew over it. I also got a backpack for my daughter's first day of school and it's not even been a month yet and her backpack is already coming apart! The writing has come off and the strap has broken. This is awful! I won't shop there again.
