DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I got a dough roller for work, 2 days after the contract fell through because of the CoronaVirus outbreak. When I go to return the item they tell me the 25% restocking fee still applies no matter what's going on. So now I have 2 choices, keep it and sell it myself after the outbreak is over or send it back and pay a £128 fee to restock it. As a self-employed person I need the money to look after my family because I won't be working for a while. Honestly, Adexa staff don't care one bit and obviously don't want to help small businesses or anyone right now. They don't seem to get there's a European consumer rule that means you get all your money back on any goods within 14 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, the poorest customer service I have ever experienced.

Avoid this company and their products
Avoid this company... Don’t purchase anything from them!!!!! Inexpensive product but poor quality!!!!! Terrible customer service too!!!!! Bought the hot cupboard two months ago for my restaurant and it’s not working. I reached out to them, they requested an engineer's report,I had a technician write one and sent them the report with all the details they wanted!But they said they wouldn’t accept the report and wanted another report,I talked to my technician who said he has everything in the paperwork!Why do they want another report just to change the 'on/off switch'!!!!!! They just want to postpone and complicate things and they know you can’t wait too long so you end up paying yourself since you have no other option later!!! so steer clear of this company if you want to avoid the trouble!!!!
