Keep clear of them
Keep clear of them. I bought a NEW server with the original HP warranty, and once it showed up, it was DEAD! They told me the warranty was expired and they couldn't do a thing about it. The server was a two-year-old junker made up of parts with mismatched numbers, all scratched up and dusty. I also ordered 8 IBM Dual Channel Fiber Hard Drives, waited a couple weeks before installing because we had to schedule downtime, and once I put them in, every one was a single channel drive. I contacted my AMEX and BBB again with no luck after they didn't get back to me. Their listings leave things out, and what I was told when I called for more details couldn't be trusted. I wouldn't tell anyone to buy from this site, and I wouldn't buy from them again.

Poor experience with Server Supply

Poor experience with Server Supply, Inc.
I bought a used replacement HDD for a Dell D520 computer. After I formatted the drive and installed my operating system, I used it for around a week before it began to show errors and blue screen issues. After doing a few disk checks, I found out it was a failing HDD with many bad sectors. It was way worse than the original hard drive that I replaced.
I emailed Server Supply to describe the problems and included a screenshot of the errors asking for a replacement, but never got a response.
I thought this was a Poor experience and won't shop at Server Supply again but I want to caution others thinking about using them to consider my experience before deciding.
