I gave one star because between the bad website checkout process and calling customer support, I just gave up! I received a magazine from them and I decided to attempt to buy a sheet set. It took me ages to finish it. Making a basic change is impossible, even when pressing "change". I had to begin again to reselect my shipping option and then I chose to call customer service about the credit application. I couldn't put down a deposit if I got denied. I called and heard, "We have many calls coming in, please call back later" and then it disconnected! I'm not contacting the IRS! I'm reaching out to an online store that has been around for YEARS! I wondered, what if I needed help fast for a quick answer?! I uninstalled the app and said Nope! I'm not risking it. If this shows how they run things now, not impressed at all.. They are too expensive on many things, but so are many merchants now. When you can't get ahold of CS and their system disconnects you, watch out! Not great. Avoid and save your money and stress!
