this business is clearly a scam
I purchased a dark brown, medium-length, real hair wig but instead received a long, fake, red wig. I attempted to send it back but they never responded to my five messages. I contacted my credit card company (Capital One) to dispute the charge and they did, but reversed it on the account because the seller got back to them. You won't believe this. The seller sent them a picture of a medium-length, real hair, brown wig. It still wasn't what I requested, but my credit card company favored the seller and put the charge back on my account, and told me to handle the seller. I went over the email with the credit card company and reached out to the seller three times. I still didn’t get a response. This business is clearly a scam!
