this company is a scam
I paid for two reports and I somehow landed on a site from another country that charged me for an American car and gave me reports in the wrong format. The site was messed up and wouldn't let me print the reports, so I couldn't get a copy for my records. I contacted support about it and they gave me a broken link to see the report, which is no help at all, then told me to print it but I can't because I can't open the report. Then they offered me 20% off if I bought two more reports. Why should I pay a company who I already paid money to when they didn't even give me what I paid for in the first place? This company is a scam and I will tell everyone I know to stay away.
