Steer clear of buying anything from them. If your bottle gets damaged they won't swap it out and you have to get a new one. CHEAP product. Their customer service is bad.

We got their whole product range from them as part of our water conditioning systems. It's so runny and thin so I either use less of it than I am supposed to or I need to add stuff to thicken it. It's honestly no better than cheap store products but it's a bit more natural. If it weren't included in the package and I had to buy it myself, once I tried it there are way better products.
