CUSTOMERS BEWARE
I bought keychains for Christmas. I placed my order on 11/24 and I paid extra for fast shipping. AFTER I placed my order, I got a message that due to many orders, my order would take around about 25 to 30 business days to process AND to get here. Of course, they didn't come In time for Christmas and when I eventually received them (In JANUARY!) I received an image of a random couple at a wedding. I sent 2 emails, it took about a week to receive a reply and they want me to provide proof that my order was incorrect. You couldn't PAY ME to ever give this business any money again. (they also have an F score from the BBB.) Customers BEWARE!

the worst of the worst
It took much longer than expected to arrive and it arrived BROKEN. I'm being given the runaround by them offering a replacement instead of my money back. They say they can't send me a necklace in place of a bracelet (same cost but I could swap the necklace when it breaks) because even though orders take more than 25 days to process, 15 minutes after I ordered a replacement it started processing and can't be altered. They won't give me a refund now since I provided them my address when they requested to send a replacement. Their emails were disrespectful and they ignored what I replied until I began a new email conversation. They are the worst of the worst scamming those who have lost family. They should be charged for fraud!
