better sleep and improved mood
After using the Base, The Protect and the Zombie, my sleep got better. Before, I used to wake up between 3am and 5am. I noticed a real change in how I felt day to day, and my sex drive got better. First, thanks a lot to Jeff! Fast reply, easy to understand. Delivery arrived in about a week. Effectiveness: It’s too soon to say since I only just began; it needs at least 3 mths and it’s different for everyone. This is my first program with For Youth and I still have a few capsules to finish. I may see the full results when the month is over. Maybe I’ll notice a change after this second shipment. I’ll let you know how it goes.
