poor experience with sports apparel
I ordered a 49ers shirt and a Charger shirt. Yes, we have different team preferences. However, the CHARGER shirt I ordered for my husband came, but my 49er shirt did NOT. I got emails about my shirt, but I requested a refund for the 49ers shirt. It took around 2 weeks to receive it. Out of frustration, I was trying to WAIT So they could have time to make more. I've learned NOT to buy sports apparel from unknown brands, and to buy from NFL or Fanatics. I bought some items on AMAZON that have a better return policy. I only order, because I see different or unique designs you can't get on NFL Fanatics or Amazon. But after many emails back and forth, I've seen poor grammar and I can NEVER get anyone on the phone. They list a USA phone number and address, but I'm finding out these items are made OVERSEAS. That's how I view this company. I was fortunate to receive my refund. And looking at reviews that have pictures that show how the shirts look after they are washed, I'm worried about washing the shirt I got for my husband...
