Let down by quality and customer service
I got Christmas gifts for the guys I know for the past two years from this Company… Great Boots, soap and leather bags but I was very let down by the quality of their apparel and even more frustrated with their Customer Service. FYI after cleaning it two times, the zippers fail, threads start to unravel and the Fading begins. I typically purchase and maintain luxury brands often so when they inform me the product was cleaned two times and they don’t cover it, it suggests they don’t believe apparel will survive beyond two washes from the start. I wouldn’t suggest getting anything for your relative from this brand due to that. I honestly don’t plan to purchase anything else. Thanks.

sizes can be confusing
I ordered a few things for my partner. I agree with some of the comments that sizes can be confusing. I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband that were the correct size but got another pair that didn't work. I recently received a charcoal jacket but though we ordered an XL, it was a bit tight so I returned it that day to get the XXL which I hope it will fit. I called customer service earlier today, and the same message said someone would assist me soon and thanked me for waiting. After about 10 minutes I had to end the call because I was busy. I called back later and got the same message but it said if you hit #1, someone would reply to you. Since I am at work, that wasn't good for me. I ended up sending them an email to *******@carbon2cobalt.com. To find out when they would send the new jacket. For men, I suggest getting a size bigger. Some products come from other countries and sizes can differ.
