Stay away from such websites
I ordered an item that claimed there were two products in the box. But I received just one. I already recorded the unboxing clip and sent it to them. First, they don’t answer the email or respond to it. second, when we call their support, the GTA SAN ANDREAS ringtone plays and then they answer. They always ask what the issue is and ask me to send a picture, to which I respond, “I already emailed a video to you, check that out first.” Then they tell me they will get back within 24 hours but that never happened. Every day for the last 10 days I have been calling them constantly but I get no assistance. Stay away from such websites. The product listing states there are two items in the box: power bank and UPS, but I only received the UPS (as seen in the video as well)

Awful website and customer service
Awful website experience and Customer Service ever. I ordered an item a month ago and it still hasn't shipped, and they only make excuses. Support Contact number Puts you in a long Que without any reason even when there aren't any real waits .and When it finally happens that i spent 3 hours trying to Contact them and they actually did They Hung Up on me without answering my questions at all and doubts regarding the item I bought..Right now why even have a Customer Service Contact ,might as well just rob me in person! I don’t know if I will get anything this year, Hopefully maybe by 2025they might actually deliver it if I wait long enough...a joke of a website..GUYs dont Buy from Vlebazaar ..This whole situation has been bothering me for a long time now.

big Froud company tricking customers
I placed an Order for Sony WI-C400 Wireless Bluetooth in-Ear Neck Band Headphones on 29/7/23, but still have not gotten the item, I have been calling and contacting customer service often about my item delivery but every time they say the same stuff that it will get shipped tomorrow, they are not friendly either, they even reply rudely and just hang up on me like they are helping me out by answering our calls and that after waiting so long and now it shows as refunded which hasn't actually happened, I know from what I experienced this is a big Froud company tricking unaware customers, do not buy anything from this site...
