they're a scam
They charged me too much and I can't get an answer from customer service! I paid everything up front in Dec '23, and they've attempted 6+ times to bill my card again which got it blocked 3X. When you purchase something from them, they put you in their program for 24.95 a month unless you read the fine print. They couldn't tell me what I bought when I asked what I bought at first. This company billed me $24.95 anyway without my permission. They don't answer their phones and say to text or email them to end your subscription. I have asked to cancel my subscription twice and kept trying to reach 'customer support' but got no help. They're cowards who only use email and texts and do nothing to help and just take your money. They still haven't paid me back $50 because they ignore all my requests to end my subscription. I am so fed up and mad that trying to get help from them is the last thing I want unless they refund me the money I worked hard for. They're a scam!
