checkout system is really messed up
Update: *Once* I placed my order online, I received this info: "Your Order May Take Longer Than Usual. Due to increased demand, there could be a hold-up in getting ready or sending your order. You will receive an email notification when the status of your order changes. Thanks for your patience."
Is that not something they should inform customers *before* they pay? A really sneaky business move.

I won’t get into specifics, since I've already wasted too much time on this purchase (including time spent talking to customer support, who finally said I should simply give up trying to complete the purchase using my phone and use a computer, and if that didn’t help, they couldn’t do anything else), but the checkout system is really messed up. I won't be ordering from this site again. I could have visited the store five or six times while I was trying to place the order. I just feel foolish.

too much hassle for me with terrible support
I bought nursing vitamins as I'm a nursing mom. I received my tracking info but it said they couldn't find the package at Canada Post. Then I received a message from well.ca saying there was a problem with my order and asking if I had received it. I looked in my mailbox and did not. I replied but got no answer. The following day I got a delivery - wart cream? I called and they never apologized and asked me to send an email again with a photo. I mentioned I'm leaving tomorrow and don't want the package left outside my place but still haven't heard back.
Too much hassle for me with terrible support.
Better to shop in person.

bad delivery service and poor customer service
I reached out to them about often not being able to receive my orders because of their choice of the bad and completely ineffective delivery service UPS. Though I was told I could request a different carrier when I talked to a customer service agent, there's no option for this on their website at checkout. I was told instead that shoppers should "intuit' that they can request a different carrier by reaching out to them before they check out [this is not mentioned on their site]. This is poor customer service and I'm not planning to order from them anymore. There are much better options available. Buh Bye Wellness.ca!
