no sign and no money back
I ordered a metal Texas Tech sign on 9/15/2025... I received a message on 9/22/2025 saying. Saying that the sign shipped; however, my USPS said that only a label was made and nothing was shipped. I reached out to them via email and received a reply, "WE just heard from the manufacturer; they said when they attempted to get the item after the label was created they found out they had none, really frustrating. They anticipate more inventory in roughly three weeks.". So I messed up by deciding to wait the 3 weeks for them to restock it.... WRONG CHOICE. I should have asked for a refund since three weeks passed and there was still no update on shipping. I wrote another email to check on my order and still haven't heard back from them to this day. So no sign and no money back. I won't buy from this store again. I advise others to steer clear.

THREATENING EMAIL AND LEGAL STEPS
THEY DID NOT SEND THE BAG UNTIL I FILED A CHARGEBACK, THEN THEY SENT THIS TREATNING EMAIL.
I GOT THE BAG A MONTH AFTER I ORDERED IT!

You haven't taken back your wrong claim that I never got it. You still have the golf bag and your bank refunded the money.
We want fast payment for this bag. If this isn't resolved by 5pm CST Tuesday we will begin legal steps and fraud charges against you with the authorities in Farmington, UT.
We will take this as far as the law allows and also put a lien on the place where you are storing our bag.
You still have the golf bag, please pay for it soon. We just sent you a Paypal bill for the golf bag you have.
Tell us your plan. If we don't hear back, we will begin legal steps the next day.
