seems like a scam and BS service
It seems like a scam and I thought I was too smart to get taken in by something like this. Most of the leads are outside our service area, and barely seem real. They're just folks looking online late at night, I think, who may have been tricked into clicking a link, not actually looking for a service. I didn't get one job. After trying over and over to stop this BS service, THAT STARTED AS FREE, I still can't seem to cancel it. Everyone should complain to VISA, or whoever charges you. Maybe enough complaints could keep them from taking your $

Mess of Service
Somehow star of service started charging me for a membership in May which I never agreed to. I used the service to enhance my online visibility but it didn't work. The leads over the last 6 years have been quite terrible and frequently fake. They keep changing their service offerings so often that I have lost interest in what they offer. I'm stuck having to cover the fee for a month to terminate and delete my account. They gave a 50% reduction to close the account so I could cancel it. When I attempt to pay it just gives me one option which is to pay the total fee. Their emails have been wrong which seems untrustworthy. When you try to cancel the service, you can’t cancel unless all details are completely correct per their records, which could be whatever. It was a lengthy document of 27 pages that requested screenshots of my account Etc. This is from a company that has permitted phony businesses to run on their platform for over a year by my observation. I'm very frustrated that I can't give a lower rating than one star. I wouldn't wish any interactions with star of service on my worst enemy. They should change their name to Mess of Service.

totally deceptive language in their offers
This business ought to be embarrassed! They use totally deceptive language in their offers and emails and give the impression that you’re joining a free trial when in fact they are selling you a totally worthless membership for five hundred pounds. They take advantage of small self-employed workers who are looking for work and provide zero support. I have stated clearly that I was tricked by a 'free trial' offer and I'm now struggling to pay my bills since they took five hundred pounds from me. Under no circumstances should you provide this business with any payment info as they will rip you off.
