Best prices and reliable service
Joe is our go-to for all the stuff we order. We recently needed presents for an anniversary, tech items and lanyards and keychains. He offers us the best prices versus other companies and is reliable for providing good quality products, delivered quickly to meet our deadlines. His understanding of the products means if we ever need to find a similar product we feel reassured. He knows the whole production process well so we know our orders are always in good hands from start to finish. Our most recent order was 500 white aluminum water bottles with our logo. They arrived in perfect condition, with each one nicely boxed and they got to us three weeks ahead of our deadline! We really couldn't ask for better service. Thanks a lot Joe, we'll always come to you for all our promotional stuff!

Really good value and great to work with
I spent weeks trying to find the right business based in the UK to have tote bags made for my event. Big Bear got samples out really quickly. I wasn't expecting any samples, which was a big bonus and let me get a sense of the quality and feel sure about ordering. I heard from Ross and he was great to deal with the whole time. I let him know right away I was checking out products months before I planned to order, and liked that he didn't put pressure on me while I was taking my time to buy, and he trusted I'd come back to place an order, and I did. He was clear and quick with every reply, and really nice to work with! I received proofs for the tote design for me to check before they printed, so I was just excited for the bags to show up, since any concerns I'd had about the quality or design were eased before I even paid. It was absolutely fantastic, really good value (I still can't believe the price compared with the others I looked at), and Ross was great to work with. The product was really good quality. The bags even arrived a week before I thought they would! I will absolutely be back!
