Terrible support and tedious returns
Would leave 0* if possible. Terrible support. You need to cover the returns yourself and send them to the Czech Republic, so count on £10-£30. Next, deal with a really tedious and useless return process to receive my money back. It took a couple of months and a lot of emails to get my money back, and it felt like pulling teeth. There are better bottles and gear from simpler and more reliable brands such as Camel. I wouldn't spend my time on this company again. And I wouldn't believe in their water flavor cubes, which seem like something harmful to me. Just add a slice of fruit into your drink.
