Avoid ordering unless you're certain
Avoid ordering unless you're certain it fits. I bought a pair of shoes in December and decided to send them back since they were uncomfortable. They refused to give me a refund, claiming the item was damaged. I believe it’s not my problem since I just tried them on for a short time and put them back in the box. It could have been damaged during shipping or when they got it. They won’t discuss it at all and chose to send it back to me and charge me for it. This feels like an unfair practice. After reading a lot of similar reviews, I really think they purposely damage returned items to avoid giving refunds to customers, since they look like they are struggling financially.

Farfetch feels like a discount site
I left a review after a bad experience because their help team couldn't resolve the problem. I was asked to reach out again and got no reply. Farfetch still owes me $26 for a discount offer.
They sent a pricey item covered in only tissue paper. What if the box was broken or soaked like the last time it happened?
There was no packaging or bag. I needed to purchase one from another shop.
The return for another item wasn't collected and I got no documents.
I spent a day waiting for DHL to show up. They said they don't provide scheduled pickups for returns.
To sum it up, FF has become Yoox, and feels like a discount site.
Farfetch is not a luxury store anymore and I won't be shopping there again.

don’t buy from Farfetch
I want to share this. I got my husband a pair of Dolce & Gabbana slippers for gift for Christmas. He opened the package on Christmas day, in front of the family. He thought they looked (red Carretto Siciliano-print terry slippers). But when he tried them on, he mentioned they felt wobbly because of the thick foamy soles. The family said he shouldn’t risk slipping on the stairs. So I packed them back up (in all the original packaging), got shipping labels and sent via UPS. Then I got an email saying they discovered an issue - a pulled thread (on the terry). I wrote to ask how the package was opened, because I didn’t tug on any threads while packing them. They then sent the slippers back to me (refusing to take the return). When I checked the bottom of the slippers through the plastic (I never took it out), there was a long, VERY visible thread. I definitely didn’t do this because it's easy to spot. Considering the material, I realize that a pull COULD happen, especially if something sharp is nearby. As a seller, pointing fingers at the customer without evidence isn’t right. They could have fixed it. We could have fixed it if we wanted to keep them, but we chose not to. Nowadays, we do a lot of online shopping, and returns - we've never had this kind of experience ever before. Just a heads up, don’t buy from Farfetch!
