good deals but a real pain to book flights

The site is good, with plenty of deals for students and younger people, but honestly flights vanish, then show up again, sometimes cost more, which makes it really hard to book a flight and plan with other people, even for flights months ahead. Actually, I found a flight through Icelandic air I wanted to book, but they said something was wrong and I couldn't buy it. Then I got an email saying the flight was sold out which seemed fair. The next day I looked and it was still listed but 200 dollars more, and only available as one-way flights! I remember the same flight number too. Your flights vanish and come back no matter how many people are booked on them. If you didn't have such good deals I would go down to 2 or maybe 1 star. Overall good deals but a real pain to plan and book flights.

ScholarTrip is terrible

I arrived at the airport just before 6am for the 8am flight I booked with ScholarTrip, only to find out that it was actually a 6am flight, even though ScholarTrip said 8:00am. Mulan from ScholarTrip was quite unhelpful and not good, to the point that the gate staff seemed frustrated with her unhelpfulness. I was on the phone for 5 hours with Mulan, and in the end I was offered just the choice to rebook the flight for the next day, wasting an entire day. I had to either wait 24 hours on the floor, or find a hotel room by myself (they weren't helpful). I don’t understand why there are so many positive reviews -- are those fake? ScholarTrip is terrible. Not again!

simple booking but some issues

This was the first time I heard of Scholar Trip; I discovered you through Google Flights. The initial booking was simple, but I dropped a star since I had to provide extra documents like a credit card photo and passports, but that wasn't a major issue (would have been if I was doing this on the go). The staff replied fast and effectively to any questions I had, so that was nice. Another reason for losing a star is the problem with the China Southern booking. I can't use the flight booking reference to modify anything on my booking, like choosing seats. This is mainly because China Southern has a really bad website, but it would be helpful if you included links to where I can go to manage my booking on these third-party sites.
