DO NOT USE (READ THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS- FRAUDSTERS) they have a nearly perfect score on trust pilot and skyscanner, but if you examine closely you’ll see they are obviously cheating clients.. Cancelling flights, not giving back money. I have proof of ignoring texts, cancelling flights without informing me, refusing a refund, then suggesting a partial refund. They only contact you when you file a complaint with trust pilot since this has to impact their rating. I hope trust pilot investigates the company further also trading as Panti Travel Ltd, customer support is awful. They cancelled one flight out of four for us without informing us, then didn’t allow us to use the other three flights. Then charged us admin fees, they acknowledged during the recorded call that their terms and conditions are reasonable since they let them cancel and not refund. I would avoid them. I urge anyone to begin small claims court proceedings as we are doing. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate this way. Definitely avoid them, we had to get all new flights with a different company. We’ve lost around £500 for no reason with this "third-party". They don’t care about their clients.
