avoid purchasing from them
This was my initial order from this business. There is no customer support, I didn't get my order in November for Christmas and now it's January! When they actually reply I get a generic response with a DHL tracking code that doesn't work. It's annoying that they don't reply or refund me. I have been contacting them nearly every day since my purchase didn't come right before Christmas. They could at least act like a real business and update customers with actual updates as other shops do. Receiving the same generic email with wrong info is disrespectful when you're trying to help a small business. Just hold on to your money, avoid purchasing from them!

Great Outfits But Size Matters
I ordered four Hoodie and Jogger outfits, and the one I enjoy the most is the Pan African Ankh outfit. When I first got the Hoodie, the Pan African Ankh Joggers were not available in stock. I requested them and soon enough the Joggers were back in stock! Because of previous experiences buying clothes from outside the United States, where I discovered that sizes can differ internationally, I first ordered the biggest Hoodie, but it turned out too large. After getting 25% off, I got a 3XL Hoodie and I gave the 5XL to a friend in Washington, D.C. I’m sure he will enjoy it and I intend to let him know about Melaninful. He could buy more items for himself! Oh, one last thing, I appreciate that a lot of Hoodies have a front zipper, and I just wish the Jackson 5Ive Hoodie had that option.
