Really good service and quick delivery
Nice website, really good service. I called them before I ordered and James picked up, and said they'd only just taken over the site and I could place it with him if I liked. I ordered and it arrived 3 days later like promised. The sink got here today, thanks for sorting it so quickly. Now I just need to fit the unit! Would definitely use again.

Stay well away from this company
I bought a Franke sink a while back; the sink bowl turned grey and they don't believe me. I asked them to get someone out to look at it, but I didn't hear back from them. The Franke Sink has a finish that's more or less peeling. It started the day after it was fitted, so they won't accept a return and told me to contact Franke. I now think my sink isn't a genuine Franke product. I lost hundreds of pounds and I think people lose even more. Stay well away from this company!
