I can say it's one of my best experiences with customer service. The lady there helped me figure out what I should get and explained it clearly. I wish I had the name of the lady who helped me out yesterday. She was really helpful and the most knowledgeable person I have met in the store. The things I ordered are very good and shipping came fast and they were packed nicely! Am very pleased with the customer service. It was easy to order. Everything was packed carefully. I really like the small samples that come with my orders. Kolya is a good local shop to shop with online and in person. They're the place I usually go for natural, organic products that are made with care.
