complete disaster with lookbyfare
You really should steer clear of this service.I reserved and paid for tickets through lookbyfare leaving from schiphol (netherlands) to orlando (florida). The flight was booked 3 months in advance. Everything seemed fine until we (man, wife and 2 kids) got to the airport. We couldn't get our tickets since they hadn't been paid for by lookbyfare. We contacted lookbyfare's support and waited on the line for around three hours! They weren't able to fix it so we missed our flight. In the end the only choice we had was to get a refund from lookbyfare and that was it. We managed to buy new tickets with KLM for our trip to orlando, but it ended up being a lot pricier. Also since we missed our flight, there were no direct flights available and we got put on the standby list for flights. In the end instead of an 11 hour journey, it took us over 20 hours to reach orlando. It was a complete disaster. We did receive our refund from lookbyfare (after roughly seven days) but we received no apology for how they dealt with this. So watch out if you decide to use lookbyfare.

not the same experience as usual
My husband and I take trips a lot, and usually don't run into problems when booking or using websites; but this site was not the same. Once I booked my flights, around 6 hours passed before my credit card was charged, so we were unsure whether we actually had a booking. Once it finally showed up and showed our ticket numbers, the seat reservations that cost us $128 weren't on my United app. I phoned LookByFare and they said "you can trust me," and that the seats should show in our booking the day before we fly, even though the seats still seem to be open right now on the United website. The company contacted me to help sort out the problem with the seats we bought, which I appreciated and it was sorted out within a few days.
