they cut off my order without letting me know
I attempted to get one of their parts, and they said 6weeks. 6 weeks passed, When I checked in, they called off my order without letting me know or giving me a chance to cancel. They cut off both my numbers from getting through to customer service. ( I was NEVER rude, NEVER cursed or called anyone names). They removed my account so I couldn't log in to my account and file a complaint. When I called to speak with a manager or supervisor. There wasn't anyone at the office at the time. (I believe that's All lies) I ought to have checked the company's reviews before I bought. It feels like they're cheating people by misleading them about getting your parts. When they have none. It seems like a scam to me.
