wrong items and bad customer service
I ordered 1 case, 1 remote and 1 more remote for a different car. They sent me a completely wrong case. The first remote I received from their catalog isn't the correct one and won't work with the vehicle. I feel they knowingly sent the incorrect fobs since they were out of stock, thinking the chances of a return are very low. They sent incorrect fobs and the fobs came with different chipsets. When I contacted RemotesRemotes they basically brushed me off. I asked for a refund and they agreed but told me I have to cover shipping for their mistakes. I rated them 1 star since I couldn't give zero stars.
