INCOMPETENT LIARS AND A SCAM
These are their alias company names: FlyCheapestOnline.com TheTravelMakers.us PCM Travels US LLC The Fare Masters Words for our experience: scam, analog, incompetent, infuriating, liars. On January 7,2024, my husband came across a flight deal that seemed to be booked straight through the airline. Only after PCM got back to him on January 9 to tell him that the flights were "canceled" that he realized it was a travel agency. They came up with "new flights" that would cost a couple hundred dollars more per ticket. He got back in touch with them yesterday since we still hadn't received our tickets. It had been two months. They told him the airline had canceled the tickets. Why didn't they get back to us right away or give us back the $5k? Exactly?! They wanted more time to try to sort it out - and they did that three times! They could get three tickets, but couldn't get five, since they needed to CALL the airlines. Do they still do things the old way? Are they in a place with bad internet? He told them 15 separate times, "No, I'm not giving you more time. I want a refund." FIFTEEN TIMES! Really?! Then they said a refund by tomorrow would cost $100/ticket; otherwise, we'd have to wait 2-3 weeks. If the company decides to reply, I do NOT want an automated response about how sorry you are. The agent shouldn't have needed to hear it 15 times before agreeing to refund us. You said you couldn't find the flights we had which is a BOLD FACE LIE. We managed to book those exact same tickets, with the same airlines and times, all five of them ourselves. You should refund what we paid for the tickets, which are now $6,899.75 because of your incompetence, with NO ADDITIONAL FEES and it shouldn't take 2-3 weeks to get it.
