Kathy was very unkind! Hung up on me two times when they
Made an error on shipping and went to ask me details about my business and was not nice when I mentioned that didn't matter. They got the shipping wrong and sent it to a different address and then said it was my mistake then Kathy disconnected me again and said she was done with my business. No problem, I won't be purchasing From this company again you're a bad representation of this company and terrible treatment and comments to a customer and I am a returning customer!
They won't issue a refund if the order goes to the wrong place and it was their mistake! I will notify my credit card provider as well

best price and quick delivery
I purchased a set of Oneida flatware from another site. Instead of the dinner spoons, it included teaspoons. Instead of sending that set back I figured I could manage having the extra teaspoons and just find dinner spoons from elsewhere. After looking around, I found the FlatwareOutlet site. They had the best price and after noticing a few bad reviews decided to overlook them and give it a shot since the price was really good. I’m glad I did. I placed the order on December 25 and got it today on December 28. The spoons match my set well and they were manufactured in Indonesia which is what I wanted. I was really happy and felt like writing a review right away! I will surely shop with them again.
