Good experience with Mark

Neil did a good job, got here on time & acted very professionally. He kept us informed and finished the report in 2 hours! He arrived right on time and the check was finished in less than 10 mins (2 bedroom flat). The Energy performance Certificate was ready in 3 working days. Good experience with Mark. He arrived and told me what he planned to do, finished the job and left the place clean and tidy. The report arrived within 48 hours. He was unwell that day but quickly set another time and was on time for the 2nd appointment. I received my certificate that same day and was really pleased with him.
