I recommend telling folks to go to a nearby clerk's office and utilize their AJ2 online tool to file a completed divorce form. A $20 charge. You answer all the questions as you did here for a divorce with no children. Print it out and file right there. They notarize it all for a total cost of $221. I spent $199 with this company just to complete paperwork. After that, you file. I make just $750 a month and they said they would not refund me just 2 minutes after I figured this out. I ended up losing that $199. That money could have helped me buy food. They didn’t seem to care. Whenever I called, I talked to the same person. And it felt strange. Big warning signs. Then they attempt to upsell a premium upgrade. Which you only need for one divorce. Not for regular use. I want to warn others not to get scammed, since some people might not realize. I couldn’t get in touch with a supervisor. They mentioned they would return my call in 24 hours. Of course, it's Friday. I finished all the work at the local clerk's office and got it all notarized and submitted to court for $221. DONT LET THIS COMPANY USE YOU FOR PROFITS!
