poor help and missing money
I made an order with several items, and actually liked the clothes, but I felt like all the items were small. The problem was when I attempted to return two items that were $20 each but I only got 29.22 back and then some extra sales tax. This didn’t add up for me since my return before tax should've been $40.00 so I ended up missing $10.78 before tax. I contacted customer support a few times regarding this and I never got a reply, I think they just took my cash and disappeared, so I had to report it to Paypal to retrieve my money. Overall even though the clothes are nice the help I got, or rather didn’t receive, was poor and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

do not buy anything from them online
I will not shop here anymore... I placed a big order on the web a few weeks back and received all but a couple of dresses. It is evident that the worker that packed my stuff accidentally forgot to include them. However, when I contacted customer service asking them to send me the dresses that they had no problem charging me for, they said they'd "look into it" - who knows what that actually means - and told me to handle it through my bank.
Ladies, save your money for a different shop and do not buy anything from them online because if there’s a problem, they will not help you at all. You should also skip supporting them by buying anywhere - on the internet or in shops.
