steer clear of them
I made an order for a part. The PO confirmed what i ordered. That was what I needed. They sent the wrong part and won't cover shipping even if it was their error. They even recommended the 'correct' part that was for a different brand of fridge. Wow! After searching online it looks like a frequent problem with this company. I'm beginning to believe that with this poor track record of shipping wrong parts, and not handling returns or even having "restocking charges" and other similar problems often, I honestly believe this is how they operate or they are managed by fools. I believe it's the first option. Either way, steer clear of them. You will regret it!

This business doesn't have a contact number and keeps their online chat unavailable. The only WAY to get in touch with them is through email and then you receive standard email responses… no personal response. The images and details on their site are incorrect and deceptive. They add shipping fees, whereas other sellers don't. They offer a 30-day guarantee while other companies give a year. Their site and invoices stated that damaged and defective parts can be returned. When you ask for an RMA, the first standard email says you can't return the part if you tried to install it. I didn't attempt, and I confirmed it was new. Then I received another standard email asking for images of the damaged part. They were trying to slow down and complicate the return procedure. Steer clear of purchasing from this seller… you'll wish you hadn't! If you need a Whirlpool part, then go for a Rayshaw part from a better source because you will receive an expensive Rayshaw part from this seller even if their site claims OEM part. That’s why they leave out labels on parts displayed on their site… their parts are WAY OVERPRICED and have a WORTHLESS WARRANTY.
